Jason commits to the Blues 27th January 2006

The Club is pleased to announce that Jason Henry yesterday signed a one year contract. This has come about due to some eye catching displays following his recovery from a pre-season knee injury.

Aveley photos 23rd January 2006

Former Mayesbrook regular and ace photographer Gavin Ellis was in attendance at Saturday's match at Aveley.

Player news 20th January 2006

Danny Boateng has today left the club and rejoined one of his former teams Harlow Town. We have signed Goalkeeper Michael Wakefield on loan from Redbridge and Michael will be in the squad for tomorrow's game at Aveley and is likely to play as Mark Parker is ill. Going in the opposite direction Liam Baptiste has joined Redbridge on loan for at least a month.

Barton Rovers game to rearranged 20th January 2006

The away fixture at Barton Rovers which was postponed due to our FA Trophy involvement has now been rearranged for Tuesday March 7th kick off 7:45pm.

Availability 16th January 2006

Club secretary Anthony Mercer has advised that Sam Taylor, Liam Baptiste and John O'Sullivan are all fit and will be considered for selection for the next game away to Aveley. Currently the management is considering a loan option for a goalkeeper for our next two games following the suspension of Tony Tucker after his sending off at Great Wakering.

Suspension confirmed 12th January 2006

Ben Willis's suspension has been confirmed after it was found that the club were unable to appeal against the sending off against Great Wakering. Ben will miss the games against Aveley (21/1) and Boreham Wood (24/1).

Under 18's make final 9th January 2006

Dave Ross's successful Under 18's side have their first chance of silverware this season when they reached the London FA Youth Cup final by yesterday beating Haringey Borough 4-2. They will now play Dulwich Hamlet on March 12th at the Mile End stadium with the kick off time to be confirmed.

John O’Sullivan and Sam Taylor are still injured

Joel Palmer is suspended for Saturday's game at Stamford. Following their dismissal at Great Wakering Tony Tucker will be suspended for two games Aveley on January 21st and Boreham Wood on January 24th. Ben Willis has also been suspended for two games but the club is appealing and he may be available pending the hearing.

Supporters Club meeting 7th January 2006

Supporters Club Chairman Ray Atkins has arranged a meeting after the home game with Uxbridge on January 28th. Dennis Elliott will be attendance to provide the latest news on the Club and answer supporters questions.

Boreham Wood match rearranged 3rd January 2006

Last Friday's postponed game against Boreham Wood has been rearranged for Tuesday January 24th kick off 7:45pm
