Yesterday (August 7th) the Reserves continued their warm up for the 2010/11 season with a game against Snaresbrook played at Fairways which is located off the A406 in Chingford. The match ended 2-1 in our favour and was the Reserves third win in three friendly matches so far.
The Reserves new manager Jeff Sears has advised that:-
"We played the better football and deserved to win, despite trailing 0-1 at half time. Good work by David Baranowski led to Adonis O’HOLI equalising and Nick HORNSBY scored the winner in the 87th minute. Both scorers were playing their first game for us."

Jeff Sears also reports that a mid week competition is under construction. It is expected to consist of 12 teams in four groups of three with knock-out rounds to follow.
